National Capital Region election 2010

  • BUHAY partylist (of El Shaddai) certainly ruled the NCR votes in the Philippine election 2010
  • ALAGAD partylist (of Iglesia Ni Cristo) votes from NCR represents almost half of its nationwide votes
  • National Capital Region is divided into 17 major places. 8 Iglesia Ni Cristo locations in the NCR supported ALAGAD (Manila, Caloocan City, Quezon City, Valenzuela, Malabon City, Mandaluyong, Navotas City, San Juan City) while the other 9 INC locations supported different partylists (Marikina City, Makati City, Pasig City, Paranaque, Las Pinas, Pasay City, Taguig, Muntinlupa, Pateros).
  • Only 8 cities in the NCR supported ALAGAD, INC vote is NOT UNIFIED all over the Philippines, unlike the El Shaddai, Born Again, 4th watch and Quiboloy. There' a report that 54 INC District ministers defied Eduardo Manalo's decision to support Noynoy Aquino in the Visayas and Mindanao region.
  • INC strategically used their "strong" locations (includes Manila and Quezon City) to support ALAGAD partylist while their "weak" locations (includes Pateros and Taguig) to support other partylists so people may not notice what is their "real" total voting population.
  • Manila - ALAGAD partylist which was supported by Iglesia Ni Cristo has only 25,310 votes which may have also caused the loss of Atienza as Manila Mayoralty candidate. INC supported Atienza as Manila Mayor, Atienza was overwhelmingly defeated by Mayor Alfredo Lim proving that INC has only a small number and does not mean automatic political success.
  • Manila - El Shaddai members have more votes than INC in Manila. El Shaddai votes (68,609) ALAGAD votes (25,310)
  • Quezon City - is a well-known INC bailiwick, their INC headquarter is found at Diliman, Quezon City. Full-support for the INC "anointed" candidates are expected. ALAGAD partylist has only 16,005 votes, which was surpassed by El Shaddai's BUHAY partylist (35,392 votes) and Born-Again's CIBAC partylist (22,868 votes)
  • San Juan City - Joseph Estrada's hometown. INC supported the convicted plunderer during the 2004 presidential election. ALAGAD partylist has only 2,219 votes, which was surpassed by El Shaddai's BUHAY partylist (4,367 votes) and Born-Again's CIBAC partylist (4,241 votes)
  • Marikina City - KALINGA partylist got its most number of votes from Marikina in NCR, Ferriol's territory.
  • El Shaddai and Born Again group's vote is more reliable than Iglesia Ni Cristo.
  • Quiboloy's number of voters (for ALE - Association of Laborers and Employers) are certainly small in NCR compared to the southern part of Mindanao
  • Religious Vote from Iglesia Ni Cristo really showed that they are weak in the Philippine election 2010. ALAGAD partylist vote represents the estimated 65% total voting population of the INC, 35% of them voted to other partylists. Reports also surfaced that some INC ministers from Visayas and Mindanao defied their new leader Eduardo Manalo to vote for Noynoy Aquino. 54 of its District Ministers opted to support Gibo Teodoro.
  • NCR votes for Iglesia Ni Cristo's ALAGAD partylist represents it's 40% nationwide votes
  • Non-NCR votes for Iglesia Ni Cristo's ALAGAD partylist represents it's 60% nationwide votes
  • NCR votes for El Shaddai's BUHAY partylist represents it's 30% nationwide votes
  • Non-NCR votes for El Shaddai's BUHAY partylist represents it's 70% nationwide votes
  • El Shaddai's Mike Velarde refused to pick a presidential pick. Most analysts have expected Velarde to endorse Manny Villar but with the C5 scandal, Mike Velarde did not announced his preferred presidential candidate.
  • The reported 6 million votes of Quiboloy's group failed to deliver.
  • Iglesia Ni Cristo votes partylist varies in every ecclesiastical district. Manila, Quezon City, Cavite, Bulacan and Rizal chapters of INC fully supported ALAGAD partylist. These locations represents the big percentage of the whole Iglesia Ni Cristo voting population but still, they failed to deliver the reported millions of INC vote. Statistically basing on the Comelec website, the 2010 ALAGAD votes may represents the 65% of the INC vote, approximately. 35% of the INC members voted for other partylists, which includes BUHAY and AVE.
  • ALAGAD partylist less than 220,000 (65% of total INC votes). Estimated Total number of INC votes based in the Philippine election 2010. 338,000 Iglesia Ni Cristo votes
  • The reported 2-3 million INC votes is a joke based on the election result. Iglesia Ni Cristo can't even rule their own Quezon City territory. Iglesia Ni Cristo is even weak in Visayas and Mindanao.
